Somerville kitchens are often compact, especially in condos, which makes cabinet painting a smart upgrade: a full new look without moving walls, plumbing or appliances.
Somerville is the most densely populated city in New England, and much of its housing stock is wood-frame triple-deckers and two-families from the late 1800s and early 1900s. Lots are tight, houses sit a few feet apart, and many buildings are split into condos with shared exteriors, shared stairwells and more than one owner to coordinate.
Every step, what’s included and what isn’t: Cabinet Painting in detail.

We take them off, label them, and set up a protected area to prep and finish them. On smaller condo projects we plan that space with you during the walkthrough.

Partly. The work area is covered and you’ll lose access to cabinets for a few days. We’ll plan with you so you can keep using the fridge and a part of the counter where possible.
Tell us what you want painted. We’ll come see it, talk through the details and put an estimate in writing.
