Commercial Painting

For a business, the paint is only half the job. The other half is not getting in the way: keeping your doors open, your staff working and your customers away from wet paint and ladders.

We plan commercial work around your hours, keep the area tidy and contained, and show up as a uniformed, identifiable crew. You’ll have one contact, the owner, from estimate to final walkthrough.

Our process

How we do commercial painting

  1. 01

    Site walk

We walk the space with you, note access, hours and areas that must stay open, and agree on a schedule.

  2. 02

    Phasing plan

Work is split into zones so your operation keeps running. Evening or weekend hours can be discussed.

  3. 03

    Protect and contain

Furniture, equipment and floors are covered. Work zones are clearly marked.

  4. 04

    Prep

Repairs, sanding, cleaning and primer as the surface needs. Same standard as residential work.

  5. 05

    Paint

Brushed, rolled or sprayed depending on the surface and the schedule.

  6. 06

    Turnover

Each zone is cleaned and handed back before we move to the next, then a final walkthrough.

Why the finish matters here

Commercial spaces take more traffic than homes: carts, chairs, hands on doors, cleaning every night. A finish that looked fine on day one has to keep looking fine under that use.

Your space also represents your business. Clean lines, even color and no overspray on fixtures are part of the image your customers see.

Commercial Painting FAQ

Can you work after hours?

We can discuss evening or weekend scheduling for areas that can’t close during the day. It’s planned during the site walk.

Do you paint common areas in apartment and condo buildings?

Yes. Hallways, stairwells and lobbies are a common commercial job for us. We plan around residents so the building stays usable.

Can you spray?

Yes, where it makes sense and the area can be protected properly, for example on large walls, ceilings or steel. Otherwise we brush and roll.

Who will I deal with on the project?

The owner, Lucas, is your contact from the first visit to the final walkthrough. No call centers, no handoffs.
