Yes. We work inside your unit, keep the shared entry clear and clean, and keep noise to normal working hours.
The walls have lots of old patches. Will they show?
Not if they’re sanded and primed first. Unprimed patches flash through new paint, so we spot-prime every repair.
Do I need to move my furniture before you arrive?
No. Clear small items, valuables and anything fragile off shelves and walls. We move furniture to the middle of the room, cover it, and put it back when we finish.
